The team works Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time, excluding United States federal holidays. One question covers one topic, and questions do not roll over.
When a question needs real work, you receive the proposed scope, the estimated professional time and the price before anything begins. Bookkeeping and tax packages already include Access. You never pay the same membership twice.
Access renews at $9.99 a month until membership is canceled.

It is a written reply on one topic. It does not include a live call, document or record review, calculations, research, form preparation, tax-return preparation, filing, agency representation or hands-on accounting work. If your question needs any of that, we send you the scope, estimated time and price first.
Occasionally. We run group sessions for members from time to time, but they are not on a fixed schedule and are not a monthly entitlement. Members are told when one is planned. The part of Access you can rely on every month is the written question.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords or complete tax records with a question. Secure document uploads belong in the member portal after you join.
