You receive the service scope, starting price, billing terms and approval rules before professional work begins.
Share records securely
After acceptance, you receive the appropriate secure method for financial records, notices and identity documents.
Stay accounted for
Track approved, used and remaining time in the member portal. Keep the package, return to Access-only at $9.99, or cancel the whole membership.

You decide when additional work needs a check-in.
A fixed plan covers the included time. If the records require more, additional bookkeeping is measured in 15-minute increments.
During onboarding, you choose an approval rule. For example, you can allow up to one extra hour, or require confirmation before any work exceeds the plan.

Do I need Access if I choose a package?
Access is part of every ongoing package. The displayed package price includes it, so you do not add another $9.99 or carry two memberships.
What happens when additional work finishes?
The extra service charge ends. Access continues at $9.99 a month unless membership is canceled. If an ongoing package ends, the account returns to Access-only billing.
Do I need to know which service I need?
No. Choose the closest option or select custom review. The team will route the request after reading the intake.
Can I send a tax notice through the form?
Describe the agency and deadline, but do not upload or paste the notice. Secure document instructions come after the initial response.
Is this software doing my accounting?
No. Always Accounted uses a subscription-style relationship, but the accounting work and professional judgment come from a team led by CPAs and Enrolled Agents.
When does billing start?
Access billing starts when you join online, and the first month is charged at checkout. Consultations and bookkeeping packages are also paid at checkout. Tax packages, cleanup, notices and registrations bill only after you accept the scope, price and engagement terms.
