The core membership model

$9.99 keeps the relationship active.

Professional work changes with your needs. The base membership stays simple.

1

Start with Access

Access renews at $9.99 a month until the membership is canceled.

2

Add the work

Pay for a consultation, project or ongoing package only when you need it.

3

Return to the base

After one-time work, or when a package ends, billing returns to $9.99 a month unless Access is also canceled.

$

No duplicate membership charge

While an ongoing bookkeeping or tax package is active, Access is included in that package price. You do not pay another $9.99 on top.

What you actually get

What a written answer looks like.

Every reply is written by a CPA or Enrolled Agent on our team and reviewed before it goes out. Here is an illustrative example. It is a sample, not advice for your situation.

Member question, Tuesday 4:10 PM

Estimated taxes for a new LLC

"I run a single-member LLC in Pennsylvania and paid myself about $40,000 from it last year. Do I need to make quarterly estimated tax payments this year, and how do I work out how much?"

Team reply, Wednesday 3:25 PM

Yes, and here is how to size them

Because the LLC profit flows to your personal return with no withholding, quarterly estimates are expected once you owe more than a small threshold for the year. The safe-harbor approach is to pay in equal installments based on last year's total tax, which avoids penalties even if this year is higher. Your Pennsylvania estimate follows the same pattern with the state's own vouchers and dates.

Recommended next step: if you want us to calculate the four federal and four state vouchers from last year's return, that is a short scoped task. We would quote the time before starting. Nothing is billed for this answer.

Experienced work, rebuilt around access

More than fifteen years of accounting experience. A simpler way to use it.

Always Accounted is a new membership company led by Adam McCall, CPA. The model is new. The professional experience behind the work is not.

After more than fifteen years handling bookkeeping, returns, notices and complicated records, one thing is obvious: the same flat price is rarely fair for every client.

Access keeps the relationship active, while packages and professional time stay visible. You pay for the service level you need, with no duplicate membership charge.

The questions a subscription should answer upfront.

Do I need Access before purchasing a service?
Yes. Access is the membership layer for Always Accounted services. Individual add-ons require an active membership, while ongoing bookkeeping and tax packages already include Access in the displayed monthly price.
Will I pay the $9.99 membership twice?
No. If your ongoing package says Access included, the displayed package price is your total starting monthly price. Existing members are not charged a second membership.
Does $9.99 include a private 30-minute consultation?
Access includes one written accounting question each billing month, priority scheduling, reminders and the ability to purchase professional services. A private 30-minute CPA consultation is an $80 member add-on.
What happens if bookkeeping takes longer than my plan includes?
Additional bookkeeping time is $43.75 per 15 minutes. Work pauses for approval when it reaches your selected limit.
Are tax plan prices final?
They are starting prices. The final monthly amount depends on forms, states, entities and complexity. You approve the full annual scope before enrollment.
Can you help if my books or filings are already behind?
Yes. Catch-up and cleanup work is assessed first and billed by the professional time required. You receive an estimate before work starts.
Can I upload tax documents in the signup form?
No. The public form should never contain Social Security numbers, account numbers or tax documents. Secure document delivery is arranged after intake.
Who reads my question, and will I get the same person?

A CPA or Enrolled Agent on our team writes every reply, and it is reviewed before it goes out. Questions go to the team rather than one named individual so a reply is never delayed by one person's calendar, but your history stays with your account and each reply is written with it in view.

What if my answer needs a follow-up?

If a reply raises something we need from you, we say so and the follow-up on that same topic is part of the same question. A new topic waits for your next billing month, or you can book a 30-minute consultation for $80 if it cannot wait.

What happens to my question if I do not use it?

It does not roll over. Each billing month includes one fresh question. Most members use it for the thing that is nagging them that month, from a deduction they are unsure about to what to do with a notice.

Can I cancel the $9.99 membership at any time?

Yes. Cancel from your member portal and billing stops at the end of the current month. The cancellation and refund policy explains how active packages and one-time work are handled.

Do I need QuickBooks or any particular software?

Not to join, and not to ask questions. Bookkeeping packages are delivered in QuickBooks; if you already use it we work in your file, and if you do not, setup and training are available as a scoped service.
