Keep, change or stop the monthly package

While bookkeeping is active, the package price includes Access. If you do not need bookkeeping the following month, return to Access-only at $9.99 for the next billing cycle, or cancel membership completely.

Approval limits

Extra work does not become a surprise invoice.

Additional bookkeeping is $43.75 per 15 minutes. During onboarding, you choose when work should pause for approval.

A business with ten accounts or overdue periods may need a larger package or a separate cleanup scope.

The team confirms the realistic starting point before ongoing work begins.

Is Access another charge?

No. Access is included in every displayed bookkeeping package price.

What if the books need more time?

Additional time is $43.75 per 15 minutes and follows your chosen approval limit.

Does unused time roll over?

No. Included hours are for that billing month and do not roll over. If a month needs less time, the price is unchanged; if it needs more, additional time is only added after you approve it.

Not sure whether one, three or five hours fits?
