No. When a package says Access included, the displayed monthly price already covers membership. Existing members are not charged twice.
One-time work drops off after completion and Access continues at $9.99 a month. To end a bookkeeping package but keep your membership, switch your plan to Access in Billing; the $9.99 price starts at your next renewal. Cancelling ends the package and the Access included in it at the end of the paid period.

Additional time is measured at $43.75 per 15 minutes. The team asks for your approval before adding it.
No. Included hours are for that billing month and do not roll over. If a month needs less time, the price is unchanged; if it needs more, additional time is only added after you approve it.
No. State, city, registration and third-party fees are separate and shown when the filing scope is confirmed.
No. Payroll is not offered. Bookkeeping packages work around your payroll provider, and business tax scopes take payroll into account when the return is priced.
Monthly only, billed in advance, with no minimum term, annual option or free trial. You can cancel in the secure billing area of your portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
