Essential Bookkeeping is $175/month and includes Access plus one professional bookkeeping hour. Additional time is $43.75 per 15 minutes, only with your approval. There is no second $9.99 membership charge.

When will I receive a reply?

By 6:00 PM Eastern Time on the next business day after submission. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. A Friday question is normally due Monday, or Tuesday if Monday is a federal holiday.

Does membership include a live call?

No. A 30-minute online consultation is an $80 add-on for active members. Access is the written-question membership; live calls and other professional work are separate.

What happens if I need detailed work?

The team recommends the next step and confirms scope, estimated time and price before work begins. Upload financial records only through the secure member portal, not in an initial question.

Can I cancel?
